Association Bylaws

The Association is organized under the laws of the Province of Quebec as a non-profit corporation. The Association is governed by operating bylaws that are developed and approved by a majority of the Association’s voting members.

The bylaws govern the mandate of the Association, the constitution of the Board and how its elected, the types of memberships and their role in the governance of the Association. The most recent bylaws are found in the link below.
