The folders in this section contain the most recent 2 years of Association business records such as the minutes of Board of Directors meetings, the Annual General Meeting and the Fall update to Members. The purpose is to enable members to have ready access to documents that will give them the most up-to-date information about the conduct of Association business.
Records generated in year 1 are retained until the end of calendar year 3, thus enabling all records, regardless of when they were generated in a given calendar year, to be retained for a full 2 years.
As soon as a record is made available in this section it is copied to the archives. As a result, even though it will eventually be deleted, it will be available in the Archives.
